We opened the very first JUST BURGERS in the heart of Little Italy, in San Diego, California. JUST BURGERS was voted to have the BEST BURGER in the San Diego County.

JUST BURGERS & LOUNGE first opened its doors to anxious San Diegans in January of 2008. Since then thousands of happy customers have revisited our unique one-stop destination for burgers. What sets us apart from the rest? We use 100% Grass-Fed Beef by Tall Grass. Tall Grass, arguably, the tastiest beef in the U.S., has no added hormones, and is not injected with antibiotics. We use premium quality condiments and add-ons (toppings). And perhaps the second most important component of a perfect burger – The Bun, is made from 100% organic ingredients. Sure it costs us more, but that's what it takes to offer the best.

Our burgers are all made to order. We only use the freshest ingredients. You can pile on all you want at the most reasonable prices. Fresh Avocado, grilled Sweet Onions, tasty sautéed Mushrooms, grilled Jalapenos, delicious grilled Smoked Bacon, sweet red Tomatoes, delicious Pickles, and crisp Green Leaf Lettuce.

We use no hydrogenated oil, and are very stingy with salt and generous with sandwich portions.

One of our most popular items is our huge tantalizing Hungry Boy Burger. We start with ½ lb of Tall grass beef char-grilled to perfection. We then top it with jack cheese, and then grilled onions, and sautéed mushrooms, followed by crisp smoked bacon. We then top them all with a generous amount of California grown Hass avocado. Lastly we top the sandwich with fresh tomatoes, pickles, and crisp green leaf lettuce. You have to see it to truly appreciate this work of art.

But we have a lot more than grass-fed beef patties. We also make a very popular Turkey Burger made with fresh ground turkey and our own special turkey sauce. If that’s not enough, we have also come up with a delicious Fish Burger made from fresh Tilapia and our own specialty sauce made from scratch. If you prefer a vegetarian meal, you must try our Veggie Burger. Every patty is made from scratch with 19 ingredients and served with a special sauce of its own. Undoubtedly the best Veggie Burger in San Diego!

We also make an ever popular Garden Salad that can also be served as a side dish or by itself. Make sure to add grilled chicken breast for a complete healthy and filling meal.

We realize with today's busy lifestyle, it is some times difficult to get away from work for lunch. We are therefore offering special lunch delivery for groups of 5 or more within the San Diego area. Interested business establishments can call us in advance for next day delivery. We offer a special menu for business and group luncheons.
